The Food and Beverage Management Trainee at the Wild Dunes Resort participates in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop future Food & Beverage leaders. This role reports to our Assistant Director and placed/assigned in the FB Outlets as needed. This program combines front‑line food service responsibilities with progressive exposure to operations, guest experience, inventory, food safety, and team leadership.
The Food and Beverage Management Trainee supports daily outlet operations while building the skills and knowledge needed to advance into a supervisory or management role within Food & Beverage.
