If you’ve spent any time in traditional retail, you know the grind: rigid micromanagement, soul-crushing Sunday shifts, and staying until 10:00 PM.
At Levi’s 4 Floors, we do things differently.
We are a family-owned business with five showrooms across Central Ohio. We’re looking for a Flooring Sales Representative who wants the autonomy to manage their own book of business within a supportive, professional team.
The "Adult" Approach to Retail
We don’t believe in over-the-shoulder management. We provide the framework, but you own your desk. You’ll coordinate with your teammates to ensure showroom coverage while having the flexibility to set your own client appointments and manage your projects.
- Work-Life Balance: We are closed every Sunday. The latest you’ll work is 8:00 PM (typically only 1–2 nights a week).

What You’ll Be Doing
You aren’t just a "clerk." You are a Project Consultant and Account Manager:
- Consult: Work with new customers in the showroom to determine needs, advise on design/color, and provide estimates.
- Manage: Serve existing accounts to ensure products are ordered and installations are scheduled and completed.
- Coordinate: Answer phones, track orders, and provide clients with consistent project updates.
The Path to Success
- Paid Training: We’ll spend the first 90 days teaching you the technical side—measuring, estimating, and product specs.
- Earning Potential: After training, you’ll move to a salary + commission structure. We are flexible—if you excel early, we pivot with you.

Note: Flooring experience is a definite plus, but if you have the right personality and a hunger to learn, we will train you.
