The City of Tukwila is currently searching for a Fleet Technician to join our team! The Fleet Technicianperforms a full journey level activities in troubleshooting, altering, maintaining, and repairing City equipment to include emergency vehicles.

About Fleet and Facilities Department:
The Fleet & Facilities Department provide a fleet of vehicles and equipment with an operation maintenance and replacement program and to supply the City with adequate, safe, economical and on-demand operational cars, trucks and specialty equipment. Services are provided through in-house labor and contracted services. The current fleet consists of approximately 193 vehicles and 134 other pieces of equipment.

$6,619 - $ 8,048 per month

A Class A Commercial Driver’s License is required for the position. If you do not have one, the City may assist in sending you for training. You will be required to complete your CDL-A within the first six (6) months of hire as a condition of employment.
