Location: Chamblee, GA (North Atlanta) - Member Operations Center (MOC)

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Has full authority in themaintenance oversight within the fleet.
  • Supports the maintenance controllers by ensuring required resources are available to include getting OEM technical support, engineering support, and helping to procure parts that are not available.
  • Ensures controllers are executing proper AOG set ups, updates, and management of events.
  • Empowers controllers to make decisions and provides constructive coaching when needed.
  • Monitors fleet RTS extensions andwork to mitigate impactonthe operation.
  • Assists the GM and MX Control with department strategy in attempt to meet and exceed company maintenance availability (MA) targets.
  • Ensures deferrals are clearedin a timely manner.
  • Responds to operational business requests that help meet member needs.
  • Attends RCB meetings for potential input and to take information back to the front-line teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements

We’relooking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:

  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificaterequired.
  • 4+ years’ experience working with one, or some of the followingaircraft: Challenger 300, Phenom 300, Gulfstream G4 in a Part 135 or Part 145 environment.
  • Knowledgeable in FAR Part 135 aviation maintenance operations.
  • Familiarity with aviation maintenance tracking programs. Ex.: CAMP, Corridor etc.

Salary Range & Benefits

At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The compensation for this role ranges from $86,000/Yr. to $115,000/Yr., depending on a variety of factors. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you may be eligible for a 10% discretionary annual incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
