Job Title: Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist/Customer Support

Duration: 3+ Months Contract with possible extension

Location: Bordentown, NJ

1 Day onsite 4 days Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • 1–3 years administrative experience (automotive industry preferred)
  • Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
  • Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail including precise data entry
  • 1+ years’ experience in transportation field or automotive auction house
  • 1+ years’ experience in sales or call center
  • Monitoring order entry failures throughout the day and correcting them
  • Dispatch negotiation and strong understanding of sales tactics to increase margin
  • Demonstrate proficiency in making real-time phone calls through recorded lines to verify vehicle status with pickup sites
