Marmi are the retail division of WOLFF ST LLC and the manufacturer of the brand Vaneli with hundreds of wholesale locations. Our current stores are located nationwide from Newport Beach to Palm Beach! Our plans are to now open 10-15 new Vaneli and Marmi stores within the next 5 years creating several new positions in a growing organization!

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join Marmi as the Flagship GM of our store in Dallas, TX, for a full-time, on-site role. The Flagship GM will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless service delivery while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include leading teams, driving operational efficiency, managing budgets, enhancing client relationships, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The GM will also develop and implement strategies to optimize business performance and support organizational goals.

Our ideal candidate will open our new Flagship store in Dallas then grow to a District Manager in the next 12-18 months!

• Strong ability with growing sales and developing clientele.
• Experience in operations management, process improvement, and organizational leadership
• Strong skills in team leadership, staff management, and fostering collaborative work environments
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and handle multiple priorities effectively
• Prior experience in a general management or supervisory role is required.
• Multi Store experience is required for growth into a District Manager position.
