Fine Dining Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2+ years of kitchen leadership in an all-scratch kitchen
- Strong food knowledge
- Highly ambitious and enthusiastic about culinary career
- Hard work ethic
Fine Dining Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage the culinary team with consistency and integrity
- Support the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe development, and conceptual direction
- Work the line with the team as the first among equals
- Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
