Korn Ferry is partnering with our successful Real Estate client on their search for a Financing Operations Analyst.


Job Description:

The Financing Operations Analyst will work directly with the Senior Vice President of Finance to manage initiatives and provide insightful reporting while helping to influence strategic decisions. The day to day will consist of managing both long-term and short-term projects which will require various degrees of collaboration. These projects will be a combination of financing work with lenders, reporting work internally and externally, and navigating cash forecasting challenges for various funds and joint ventures. Local Colorado candidates only, this position is on-site in Cherry Creek 5 days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prepare reports on financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers, and communicating findings effectively
  • Manage checklists and lender requirements for financing projects
  • Work closely with various teams across the organization and in the field to gather financial and operational information while ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Responsible for documentation collecting for lease audits and required repair tracking
  • Data management of homes inventory
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators against budgets to predict covenant compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements


Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required, preferred major in finance, accounting or economics
  • Hyper attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • General understanding of financial statements and modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Comfortable with complex organizational structures and large data management
  • Self-motiving with a strong sense of urgency


Salary Range and Benefits Overview:

  • $85,000 to $105,000 plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K
