Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A)
I’m partnering with a fast-growing company that is looking to add a Senior FP&A professional to their team. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility to leadership and an opportunity to help shape the financial direction of a scaling business.
What you’ll be doing:
• Own and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Partner with executive leadership and operational teams on key financial decisions
• Build and enhance financial models to support growth initiatives and strategic planning
• Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis and performance reporting
• Support business expansion efforts, including new initiatives and market growth
What they’re looking for:
• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Experience partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
