FP&A Manager (Individual Contributor)

We’re supporting a West Houston–based organization in the search for an FP&A Manager to join their corporate finance team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, with meaningful ownership and visibility.
Highlights
- True Individual Contributor role (no direct reports)
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling end to end
- Present insights and recommendations directly to leadership
- Partner closely with FP&A leadership and an FP&A Analyst
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years of FP&A / corporate finance experience
- Has owned full forecast and budget cycles
- Strong modeler who can clearly communicate findings
- Public company experience a plus
Systems
- Advanced Excel required
- Oracle HFM, Essbase, or EPM Planning experience strongly preferred
