Seeking an experienced Division Controller to lead accounting operations for a major business segment. This role oversees financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and multi-location accounting teams while driving process improvements and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong expertise in GAAP, SOX, revenue recognition, project accounting, and financial systems, along with experience managing distributed teams and partnering cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, tax, and executive leadership.
Requirements: CPA required, degree in Accounting or Finance, and 15+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience. Public company, shared services, and large-scale operational experience preferred.
