Financial Analyst
Location: Wayne, NJ (Hybrid/On-Site)
Compensation: $90,000 + 10% Bonus
A global consumer products and luxury retail organization is seeking two Financial Analysts to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with senior finance leadership while supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis across multiple international markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a solid understanding of financial statements, and experience analyzing P&Ls. Retail, consumer products, or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Analyze P&L performance and explain budget-to-actual variances
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
- Perform analysis of sales, margins, operating expenses, CapEx, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Prepare management reporting and executive-level presentations
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic finance projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Retail, consumer products, manufacturing, or multi-location business experience preferred
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
