Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This role offers strong visibility across the organization and plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making through financial reporting and analysis. The position is responsible for developing and presenting complex financial reports, analyzing pricing, and supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, advanced technical skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and present complex financial reports for senior leadership.
• Perform detailed analysis to support business strategy and profitability.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and ongoing financial forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve financial performance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and clearly communicate financial results.
• Support ongoing process improvements in reporting and analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Oracle EPBCS experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
