Hours 8-430 Monday -Friday

Position Purpose
The Financial Analyst supports the financial operations of one or more Trinity Health PACE (TH PACE) programs. This role manages the full revenue cycle across Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers, oversees expense recognition including Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) accruals, and partners closely with PACE leadership to support operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing, reconciliation, invoicing, and collections.
- Maintain accurate monthly census, eligibility, and payment reconciliations; resolve payer discrepancies.
- Complete monthly IBNR analyses, expense accruals, and journal entries; coordinate with Corporate Finance.
- Prepare and present financial data for Monthly Operations Reviews, identifying trends and risks.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and support enrollment resolution.
- Maintain super-user expertise in required financial, CMS, PBM, and revenue systems; ensure compliance with Part D and CMS reporting.
- Prepare Medicare Part D bids in collaboration with System Office PACE Finance.
- Support budget management, vendor expenses, cost analysis, and cost-reduction recommendations.
- Promote Trinity Health and TH PACE Mission, Vision, and Values; collaborate across teams and support staff development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, corporate integrity standards, and business continuity plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 3+ years of related experience (healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and healthcare reimbursement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently in a virtual, shared-leadership environment.
- Action-oriented, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable managing change.
