Financial Analyst Requirements/Abilities:

• Execute project set up requirements, and budget, grant and contract amendments, renewals and submissions.
• Provide guidance to program directors through review and understanding of expectations to each grant and activity projected.
• Reporting and reconciliation procedures for risk management, program support, and federal grant requirements.
• Knowledge to meet accounting standards, in review and reporting of grants.
• Critical thinking, in timing expectations and grant % requirements with expenses, vendor contracts, rebates, wires, revenue, invoicing and payments.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration. - Highly desired

Prior experience managing budgets, reconciling accounts, and handling financial forecasting. - Required 3 Years

Prior experience with statistical techniques and financial tools. - Required 3 Years

Prior experience managing grants, goals and timelines with budgetary constraaints. - Required 3 Years

Experience with Indiana state-specific financial regulations and compliance standards. - Highly desired

Prior experience as a financial analyst for a government agency. - Highly desired 3 Years

Certified Financial Manager (CFM). - Nice to have
