Financial Analyst ($80-85k)

Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Dallas, Texas (3 Days' In-Office)

Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000 + 10% Bonus

We are partnering with a high-growth organization located in Dallas, TX that's looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and data analytics, so it's a great fit for someone who likes getting into the numbers and influencing how the business runs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track key business and financial metrics
• Partner with operations to analyze performance, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Turn large datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Improve reporting processes and drive automation where possible

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analytics
• Strong experience with PowerBI or data visualization
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or other data tools are a plus
• Someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with operations team
