Your Role as a Financial Advisor at Frontier Retirement:
- Build Relationships & Serve Clients: You’ll meet with clients and prospects, guiding them through our comprehensive financial planning process and helping them design personalized retirement strategies that align with their goals.
- Close Deals & Help Families Thrive: Using your elite sales skills, you’ll help turn prospects into lifelong clients, offering fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance solutions.
- Collaborate & Grow: Work alongside a motivated team that shares your drive and ambition. We’ll help you refine your skills and continuously improve your financial advising techniques.

- Experience in Financial Planning: We prefer candidates with experience, but we’re open to individuals who have a solid understanding of financial and retirement planning and are excellent communicators.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Active Series 65 or 66 License
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Some experience working directly with clients (preferred but not required)
