Position Overview
The Financial Advisor, Everyday Steward Division, is responsible for securing, managing and enhancing client relationships, integrating each client’s financial information to develop and implement customized financial plans. This position is also responsible for leveraging the division’s client service model in order to enhance efficiencies and deliver high quality financial planning and investment management services in timely accurate manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Demonstrates ability to create and seize business development opportunities while enhancing the company’s professional presence and image within the community and his/her sphere of influence.
2. Manages an Everyday Steward client base, delivering new financial plans and Investment Management services to new clients and on-going Investment Management services and plan updates to existing clients.
3. Effectively adapt communication style as required to ensure productive interaction with team members and clients.
4. Strives to build organizational capacity, by understanding and adhering to Division’s workflows and processes in order to support division in meeting its profitability goals/margins.
5. Seeks to continually increase knowledge of the financial planning philosophy and biblical principles upon which Blue Trust serves its client base through learning associated scripture memory verses in order to integrate Blue Trust’s philosophy into client counsel and services.
6. Understands and holds self-accountable to hit Division’s Advisor metrics.
7. Work in conjunction with broader team to initiate client meetings, follow up on meetings and respond to client inquiries regarding actions taken to accomplish goals.
8. Practice the art of leadership by positively contributing to a healthy, productive, continually learning work culture.
9. Actively integrates biblical principles in day-to-day behavior, exhibiting unremitting integrity and strong moral character.
10. Approaches work, interactions and relationships in a manner consistent with the Company’s Core Values.
11. Demonstrates computer literacy and knowledge of specialized office programs and competency in utilizing software applications that are company specific, e.g. eMoney, Salesforce (CRM), Orion, and others.
12. Maintains the highest Compliance standards by adhering to the company's Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies, Everyday Steward’s workflows and processes, professional designation standards, and our industry's regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the company

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:
Certified Financial Planner designation, CPA, or CFA is preferred. Financial Advisors are required to have or obtain the Certified Financial Planner and Kingdom Advisor designations within 2 years of assuming their position.
