Job Title: Finance Support Analyst (Asset & Wealth Management)
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $30–$33/hour (W2)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Analyst to join a fast-paced Asset & Wealth Management environment. This role focuses on supporting business operations, maintaining system functionality, and driving process improvements to ensure seamless service delivery to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for business systems, ensuring access, availability, and smooth functionality
- Troubleshoot system and application issues impacting operations and escalate when necessary
- Manage user access and onboarding across multiple internal and vendor platforms
- Support data transmission processes, including setup, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Coordinate system updates, upgrades, and vendor-related activities
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational and technical issues
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
- Assist with project initiatives, including requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, and implementation support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience
- Background in operations, business support, client services, or financial services
- Experience with system support, user access management, or data workflows
- Exposure to process improvement or project coordination
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel or internal business systems
