Finance Staff Attorney

Title: Finance Staff Attorney

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support financial transactions (lending, investments, capital markets)
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and contracts
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
• Support corporate finance, treasury operations, and risk management
• Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external counsel

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2-5+ years of experience in finance, banking, or corporate law
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and lending transactions
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $260,000 - $365,000 + Bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
