Who We Are
The North America Value-Based Pricing (“VBP”) team focuses on developing content expertise, critical business analytics, strategy development, problem solving, and business partnering. Over the past several years, more of BCG’s client engagements have shifted from our traditional fee-for-service model to more complex deal arrangements where payment is variable based on value delivered. These Value-Based Pricing (VBP) engagements require a deeper support model from finance.
As a Senior Manager within the VBP Center of Expertise, you’ll manage financial performance and risk management for some of BCG’s largest and most complex accounts/programs. You will receive frequent exposure to clients, finance, and regional leadership. This role will partner with Managing Directors and Partners and their case teams across North America, enabling them to successfully anticipate and manage program risks.
You will participate in special projects, analysis, and initiatives to optimize team performance utilizing data analytics and business intelligence tools. You will also support the delivery of reliable finance and accounting services across key areas including financial management, project management, client contract management, and revenue/cash management.
This role plays a critical part in de-risking the North America VBP portfolio by advising on both pre- and post-contracting financial and execution considerations.
