Robert Half is currently recruiting for an expanding and established construction company in Bonita Springs that is looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting organizational decision-making. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s FP&A function, including forecasting, variance analysis, and developing financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department leaders and project teams.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
  • Evaluate, streamline, and update financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with cash flow analysis, job cost review, and performance dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting; construction industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
  • Experience supporting audits and ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency with financial systems; experience implementing or upgrading systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
