Robert Half is currently recruiting for an expanding and established construction company in Bonita Springs that is looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting organizational decision-making. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with a strong background in FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s FP&A function, including forecasting, variance analysis, and developing financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department leaders and project teams.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
- Evaluate, streamline, and update financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with cash flow analysis, job cost review, and performance dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting; construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
- Experience supporting audits and ensuring compliance.
- Proficiency with financial systems; experience implementing or upgrading systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
