You’ll work on deals that move billions of dollars and shape the private credit market.
With direct client exposure and the chance to structure some of the most complex leveraged finance transactions in the US, you’ll build a legal track record that opens virtually every door. From multi-billion unitranche deals to cutting-edge private credit structures, you’ll be at the legal engine of major market moves.
Plan your week around hybrid flexibility, spending four days in the office and one remote day. You’ll also get access to specialist training, mentoring from senior attorneys and a clear path to partnership.
Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements will sharpen your deal instincts. You’ll advise lender clients on structuring financing arrangements, working through regulatory and tax considerations that impact real-world investment decisions.
Managing transaction timelines and coordinating across multiple parties will develop your project leadership. You’ll liaise with specialists across M&A, restructuring, and capital markets to ensure every legal condition is met before closing.
What you’ll need
Experience on the lender side is preferred, as their clients include investment banks, private credit funds, and financial institutions. You’ll also need intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills for direct client interaction.
