Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCIclearedFinance Analyst – Journeymantosupport this missionat Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities:

As aFinance Analyst - Journeymanyou will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

  • Possessesand appliesexpertisein Financial Resource Management, Expenditure Monitoring, Financial Reporting & Forecasting, and Cost Analysis, including application of in support of zero-based and performance-based budgetingmethodologies. Operates with appreciable latitude in presenting solutions.
  • Manages the tracking and maintenance of project-specific financial resources within the PMO support framework, ensuringaccuratedata.
  • Performs regular monitoring of contract expenditures and conducts preliminary analysis of cost performance across multiple program elements,identifyingdeviations.
  • Develops and prepares financial reports, cost projections, and spend plans for assigned C2ISR Transport Infrastructure programs and initiatives, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Conducts cost evaluations of vendor proposals for acquisition support, focusing on cost efficiency and technical compliance.
  • Assistsin resource optimization and allocation strategies by providing data and analysis to program leaders.
  • Maintains full accountability foracquireditems through the procurement process, tracking financial aspects from sourcing to integration.
  • Performs detailed financial analyses toidentifypotential cost efficiencies and explains budget variances within assigned projects.
  • Contributes to the development of procedure documents and market research reports with financial insights.
  • Supports preparing detailed project cost estimates (ROM and by CLIN) for Project Requirements Documents (PRDs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with programobjectives.
  • Utilize the followingRole Specific Tools: Financial forecasting dashboards; CLIN/PRD level cost projection and spend plan trackers; G Invoicing integrated budget tracking systems; Excel/Power BI models for monthly forecasting; subcontractor cost allocation trackers; PMP financial inputs; audit templates for Section F compliance. Financial systems (CCAR/FEM, DEAMS)

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Previousexperience asaFinance Analystor similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel;
  • Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5years’experiencewitha BS/BA or3years’ experience with a MS/MA or0years’ experience witha PhD.
  • A current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship isrequired

DesiredQualifications:

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset tracking
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
