Finance Analyst

Job Title: Finance Clerk (Data & Inventory Focus)

Location: Remote (Arizona)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to support financial and inventory operations within a manufacturing environment. This role involves analyzing financial data, resolving discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and supporting reporting activities to ensure accurate financial tracking and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inventory and standard cost processes by analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues across financial and manufacturing systems
• Prepare and process Internal Orders (IO) in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain and update financial documentation, including DocuSign forms and process records
• Review and improve documentation to reflect system updates and operational changes
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders by addressing finance and inventory-related queries
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for financial discrepancies
• Compile and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or MES
