What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
- Support SR. management controller on day to day reporting requirements, analytics. In the middle of a data conversion integration to Oracle Fusion, so they will participate in the data validation process and UAT. They will support with compliance request, sox audits, etc. Looking for candidates with Prior experience with Oracle FCC or ERP system implementations. Consolidation experience is required
- They should be self driven and saavy, quick in learning new systems and well-versed in Excel.
- Excel – pivot tables, data validation, vlookups, formulas.
What are the TOP Critical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, provide timely feedback, and keep management informed of key issues
- Experience with financial consolidations and eliminations
- Strong understanding of complex accounting issues with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot effectively
- Self-motivated and with strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team with different time zones
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Prior experience with Oracle FCC or ERP system implementations
Nice to Have:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
