These teams provide the financial fuel that keeps our operation running from providing detailed analyses of financial planning, performance, and forecasts to managing our investments and financial strategies. Job overview and responsibilities
The Lead - Finance Planning Capability will serve as a strategic hub for advancing enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities. The role is responsible for driving improvements in planning processes and design, governing, and optimizing the use of EPM solutions aligned to the company’s vision, goals, and expected outcomes. This role acts as a product owner serving as the primary business liaison, working closely with the EPM Digital Technology teams and will be the first point of contact for the business users.
- Oversee EPM Capability Center:
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual planning process support
- Manage and prioritize center’s support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communicating with the business
- Partner with finance teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in the planning and forecasting process
- Lead implementation of new features, optimizations, and new models
- Drive process optimization and automation:
- Assess current finance processes to identify areas for improvements through simplification, standardization, end-to-end optimization (by working cross-functionally), and automation
- Implement best practices and automation tools (e.g., EPM, Alteryx, RPA, etc.) to streamline FP&A processes and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Continuously identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement, focusing on cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Implement financial transformation initiatives:
- Collaborate with leadership to help define Finance transformation initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders (e.g., DT, Finance, others) to ensure an integration of finance initiatives with the broader organizational goals
- Track efforts against transformation initiative milestones, maintain timelines and report on progress to senior management
- Serve as a change agent and foster an environment that embraces transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of finance experience
- Experience using Oracle EPM solutions
- Strong knowledge of FP&A processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proven ability to be highly self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of how people, processes, and technology work together to produce a strong and sustainable capability
- Ability to work with both technical and business user teams to identify and solve issues
- Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
