Finance Accounting Consultant

Qorali have partnered with a growing and highly successful organisation in the manufacturing space to recruit an exceptional Accounting Consultant who will support a diverse portfolio of US‑based clients. This position is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment and enjoys providing high‑quality financial leadership.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full accounting and finance function for multiple clients simultaneously. This includes managing the month‑end close, delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliant books and records, and ensuring adherence to US GAAP. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insight, analysis, and recommendations to strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end accounting lifecycle for several clients at once
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Support audits, technical accounting matters, and process improvements
• Oversee general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash management
• Provide strategic financial insights and support decision‑making
• Partner closely with client leadership teams within the manufacturing sector

Required Experience

• CPA qualification is essential
• Strong technical background in US GAAP
• Prior experience in a Big Four firm or significant exposure handling multiple concurrent consolidations
• Proven ability to manage several accounting portfolios simultaneously
• Experience working with manufacturing clients is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
