Field Superintendent - New Installation

As a New Installation (NI) Field Superintendent, you’ll lead elevator installation projects from the field—ensuring safety, quality, and on-time execution while supporting sales and project teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer focus, and the ability to drive efficiency and profitability in a construction environment.

About the Role

You’ll manage and develop field technicians, address customer needs, adjust manpower as business demands change, and reinforce Schindler’s safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field technicians while fostering a strong, team-oriented culture
• Ensure installation projects meet all safety, quality, and contract requirements
• Drive installation progress and efficiency through regular job-site visits
• Perform job-site surveys and readiness walkthroughs with general contractors
• Support sales and project management with estimates, job meetings, and issue resolution
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, customers, and local union partners
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
