What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree in Electronics, IT Networking, Computer Science, or related field + 2 years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Equivalent military training (Electronics, Aviation, IT, Computer Science, etc.) + 2 years experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Technical trade skills: soldering, electrical installation, troubleshooting
- Prior field experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication; flexible with sound judgment
- Ability to prioritize workload to maximize revenue
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with databases and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license required
