Field Service Technician
Service Department
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday-Friday
Overtime and Travel Required
Essential Functions
Develop and demonstrate a mastery of KEITH products and functions to troubleshoot
and resolve problems.
Responsible for checking accuracy of work and meeting industry regulations.
Meet ongoing customer service requirements.
Able to travel with replacement parts and necessary tools to reach disabled machinery
for repairs when necessary.
Able to work unsupervised or with unknown customers.
Maintain a “Customer First” mindset.
Meets agreed upon company and department goals in a timely manner.
Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
21 years of age or older with valid Oregon Driver’s License.
Must be able to pass a background check and be capable of obtaining a U.S. Passport
for travel out of the U.S.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening as well as continual random drug test and
maintain a DOT CDL medical card.
Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability
required.)
Demonstrate knowledge in fields such as mechanical repairs, hydraulics, electrical,
welding, rigging and other general millwright duties.
Must possess skills including manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and a good
sense of balance.
Must be able to work/drive long hours as required.
Proficient in digital and computer skills with ability to work with Outlook, Word, Excel,
iPhone, etc.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in
the future.
Working Conditions
Works in a multitude of different facilities and environments.
Exposure to continual noise daily from machines.
Exposure to outdoor temperatures at worksites.
Able to travel a majority of the time.
Physical Requirements
Able to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
Able to stoop, bend and crawl as required to complete task.
Able to lift 25 lbs.
