Field Service Technician 40 (Remote Based)

Hit the road as a Field Service Technician supporting Philips’ Disease Management Solutions, where you’ll troubleshoot and maintain life-impacting technology, solve real-time challenges onsite and remotely, and play a key role in keeping critical healthcare systems running at their best nationwide. One sentence description of role

Your role:

  • Perform installation (new and upgrades) and service for DMS products.
  • Deliver basic product introductions and non‑clinical training as required.
  • Provide remote customer support using approved software tools.

You're the right fit if:

  • A.S. degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience servicing electronic equipment in a customer‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and PC‑based applications.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in 34-61/hr

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
