Review, validate, and finalize all technician paperwork within Quickbase, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
Verify that all required job attachments are properly uploaded and associated with each service job in Quickbase prior to closeout.
Input and manage all freight tickets in Quickbase in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform spooling and freight reconciliation, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating resolution with internal stakeholders.
Manage field service technician tooling (meters/clamps), including annual replacement, recalibration scheduling, spare inventory tracking, and distribution.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Provide after-hours operational support on a rotating schedule, including every other week and alternating weekends, to support urgent field service needs.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to work within a manufacturing and service environment to coordinate with shop and field personnel.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet operational demands and support field service continuity.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Previous support/coordinator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience supporting field service operations, logistics, or job documentation processes preferred.
