Field Service and Shop Technician

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service & Shop Technician to support pump and motor repairs both in our shop and at customer sites. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and represent the company professionally in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, install, and service pumps, motors, and related equipment
• Perform on-site field service and in-shop repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Complete service reports and job documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in pump, motor, or rotating equipment repair (or similar)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls, diagnostics)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in shop and field environments

Preferred Experience

• Centrifugal or submersible pumps
• Motor repair or alignment experience
• Industrial, municipal, or commercial field service
