About the Role

We’re hiring three Field Recruiters to support onsite participant sourcing for research studies across the Los Angeles area. This is a highly interactive, community‑driven role ideal for someone who thrives in public‑facing environments, enjoys meeting new people, and can think creatively about outreach.

You’ll be “on the ground” daily—connecting with communities, attending events, and driving engagement to build diverse participant pipelines.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in‑person recruitment in local communities, events, public spaces, and social groups
  • Build and maintain targeted participant pipelines for lab‑based studies
  • Organize and host recruitment drives, open houses, and outreach events
  • Engage directly with large groups, community organizations, and cultural networks
  • Develop creative, non‑traditional sourcing strategies
  • Ensure strong representation across hard‑to‑reach or underrepresented demographics

You’re outgoing, resourceful, and comfortable approaching people in real‑world settings. You enjoy fast‑paced work, problem‑solving on the fly, and building relationships.
