Field Patient Service Technician

Based in Madison, WI with local travel required

$42,000 – $55,000 annually | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver, set up, and retrieve medical equipment in patient homes and clinical settings
  • Educate patients on proper use, safety, and care of equipment
  • Respond to patient questions, including occasional after-hours support
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
  • Coordinate schedules and travel to meet patient appointments
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of patient care or healthcare-related experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Willingness to travel extensively (75%+) across assigned regions
  • Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, reliable, and patient-focused


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, web-based tools)


Work Environment

  • Combination of patient homes, clinics, and travel between locations
  • Direct patient interaction in a field-based setting


Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time
  • Local travel within 1-2 hours of Madison
