Field Operations Specialist

Insight Global is seeking reliable Field Operations Associates to support a fast‑paced product research project throughout Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will assist with the coordination and secure transfer of research materials between designated locations and a central office, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong reliability and full‑time availability required - will be scheduled for 5 days including weekends. We are targeting individuals who are able to start next week or as soon as possible.


Shift: 5 days per week (will include weekends)

Hours: 8am-6pm*must be flexible

Duration: Full time commitment from April to September.

*Use of your personal vehicle is required for this role, mileage/travel will be reimbursed.*

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior Experience

• Strong Interpersonal Background (Ex: customer service, retail, operations support, field services, logistics, hospitality, or other client‑facing or operational roles)


Travel Requirements:

• Ability to move between designated locations as needed (local travel)

• Personal vehicle & valid drivers license required to interview


Shift Requirements:

• Willingness to provide coverage or support on short notice when operational needs arise

• Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule across 7 days per week (will be scheduled for 5 full‑time days)


Education:

• HS Diploma Required


Compensation: $22.50/hr. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
