If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling to new places, and being part of projects that directly improve safety, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.
As a Field Installation Technician supporting our Proximity Systems team, you’ll play a key role in installing and commissioning advanced safety technology on equipment at ports and terminals across the United States. These systems—comprised of cameras, sensors, and operator interfaces—are designed to increase operator awareness and help create safer work environments.
In this role, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be out in the field, working alongside project managers, internal teams, and customer personnel to bring these systems to life. From running cable and mounting components to system setup and documentation, you’ll be involved in every step of the installation process.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in hands-on work in industrial environments. Because our projects span multiple locations, this position requires a high level of flexibility, including extensive travel, overnight stays, and the ability to work extended hours when needed.
