Tour N Tell provides unannounced, data-driven property inspections that give owners and operators a clear, unbiased view of what’s really happening inside their units. Through photo-backed reports, we help identify issues, verify conditions, and improve accountability across portfolios.

We’re looking for a reliable Field Inspector to conduct in-person property inspections across Southern Virginia. This is a 1099 contractor role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working in the field.

In this role, you will visit properties, complete unannounced inspections, take clear photos of units and common areas, and submit accurate reports through our platform.

Pay: $30 per completed inspection

Schedule: Flexible – accept assignments based on your availability

Responsibilities:

• Conduct unannounced property inspections
• Capture clear, detailed photos
• Document property conditions and identify issues
• Submit reports promptly after each inspection
• Follow company inspection guidelines

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with a strong camera
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Experience in property management, real estate, or inspections is a plus, but not required.

Please note this is a 1099 contractor position (not W-2), and work volume may vary.
