Position Overview

The Project Engineer will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering a large-scale multifamily project from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and documentation from start to finish
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain project schedules and assist with updates
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Support budget tracking and cost control
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and local building codes
• Participate in site meetings and progress reporting
• Assist with punch lists and project closeout

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction documents and processes
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus
