Job Description

Join our team as an assembler responsible for working in a cell to test, build, and package electro-mechanical products. You will perform basic go/no-go testing of circuit boards, wire bonding, and RF soldering for sub-assemblies, while using visual and written work instructions to add customer-specific components. Your role will also include packaging products and staging them for shipping, as well as notifying material handlers of part shortages.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and small parts.
  • Conduct basic go/no-go testing of circuit boards.
  • Execute wire bonding and RF soldering for sub-assemblies.
  • Follow visual and written work instructions for customer-specific components.
  • Package products and stage them for shipping.
  • Notify material handlers of part shortages.
  • Lift and handle up to 35 lbs as required.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in assembly line production and mechanical assembly.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and assembling small parts.
  • Ability to conduct basic testing and soldering.
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Ability to use a computer effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Work history in the production of small parts.
  • Ability to provide references for the last 5 jobs or 7 years.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
