Purpose and Impact:
The Family Specialist is responsible for providing Center orientation to new families and providing direct assistance to families that require additional support in completing applications or referral consents. The position will assist in the implementation and facilitation of family support programming and facilitating center-driven programming and events.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years’ experience in serving families.
Skills:
The Family Specialist will be knowledgeable in community resources to provide assistance in implementing strength-based family programming and facilitating center-driven programming or events.
