Family Law Paralegal | Charleston, SC
Salary: $75,000–$90,000 DOE
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well‑established and growing law firm in Charleston, South Carolina that is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal with South Carolina Family Court experience. This is a full‑time, primarily in‑office role supporting attorneys in a busy and client‑focused family law practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing family law pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial declarations, and discovery
- Managing case files, calendars, and court deadlines with precision
- Assisting with trial preparation including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
- Supporting discovery efforts such as interrogatories, requests for production, and responses
- Communicating professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Coordinating hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
- Maintaining accurate daily time entry with a 1200‑hour annual billable goal
What They’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of family law paralegal experience
- Hands‑on South Carolina Family Court experience is required
- Strong knowledge of SC family law procedures, filings, and court rules
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent experience
