A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Family Law Associate (2+ years’ experience) to join its team in Bucks County, PA (with offices including Yardley, Doylestown, Berwyn, and Princeton, NJ).

The role will involve:

• Handling a range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related issues
• Managing cases from inception through resolution, including court appearances where appropriate
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Working closely with clients to provide practical, empathetic legal advice

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills
• The ability to manage matters independently while working within a team environment
• A detail-oriented and organised approach, with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
