Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Tulsa, OK office. This role is responsible for managing family law cases from start to finish, including providing legal counsel, developing case strategy, and advocating for clients in and out of the courtroom. The attorney will draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings and motions; conduct depositions; represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials; and ensure all case deadlines and procedural requirements are met.


Additional responsibilities include maintaining consistent communication with clients to address questions and concerns, negotiating settlements, collaborating with opposing counsel, and working closely with internal team members to ensure efficient case management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering thoughtful, client-focused legal solutions in often sensitive and high-stakes situations.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Family Law
  • Proficiency in Family Law with a strong understanding of a wide range of legal issues within the practice area
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and filing motions and other legal documents
  • Skilled in conducting legal research, discovery, and depositions
  • Strong courtroom presence and experience handling hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)
