A respected family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its Denver, Colorado office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate significant life transitions while providing exceptional legal representation in complex family law matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients facing divorce, custody disputes, parenting time issues, adoption proceedings, support matters, and other family-related legal challenges. This role offers substantial courtroom experience, direct client responsibility, leadership opportunities, and a strong platform for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, adoption, and other family law matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and related court filings.
• Manage all phases of litigation from case intake through final resolution.
• Analyze and oversee discovery processes, including document review and case preparation.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Develop case strategies designed to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Conduct initial client consultations and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the legal process.
• Participate in networking, community outreach, writing, and speaking engagements to support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and staff to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of family law experience.
• Strong experience handling divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters.
• Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and client counseling abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
