Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney, located in Chicago, IL that will primarily focus in family law. We are seeking a recent law graduate or attorney with 0-3 years experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated preference to practice family law or guardianship cases.
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice that is insightful, accurate, and client-focused.
• Competence in conducting comprehensive Research to support legal strategies and decision-making.
• Skills in Negotiation to effectively advocate for clients and resolve disputes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.
• Prior experience in labor and employment law is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple case assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
