This Family Law Attorney opportunity offers extensive experience in handling complex personal matters such as divorce, custody disputes, and adoption cases. This partner-track position is actively interviewing and provides a rare opportunity to work closely with clients while building a strong litigation and negotiation practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and adoption
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and legal memoranda
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and case strategy
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and dispute resolution proceedings
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, conferences, and trials
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work product
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney or Family Law Associate Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (NJ Bar required)
• Strong experience handling divorce, custody, and related family law matters
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
