This role is based in Racine, WI, supporting Case New Holland operations. The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management, playing a critical role in supporting production and distribution needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Ensuring logistics processes operate efficiently while maintaining high service and performance standards
- Managing and leading warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance management, and policy enforcement
- Implementing and enforcing OSHA standards and company safety programs
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and facility performance
- Developing and managing facility budgets, with responsibility for labor, utilities, and equipment cost control
- Supporting audits and regulatory inspections as required
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency, quality, safety, and employee engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or facility management
- Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced distribution or warehousing environment
- Strong knowledge of WMS platforms, inventory systems, and logistics processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of regulatory and safety standards, including OSHA
