Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Engineer located in Nashville, TN. The Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintenance of building systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations and managing preferred vendors in the maintenance of managed properties. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and managing facilities operations to maintain a high standard of safety, reliability, and efficiency. In addition you will act as a first responder for all facility issues, resolve if possible and if support is required, collaborate with Director of Property Management to coordinate a response with preferred vendors.
